Shipping policy

HENYA currently delivers within Egypt.

During the launch period, eligible orders receive complimentary delivery across supported Egyptian locations.

Cash on Delivery and approved online payment methods are available.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days after order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination governorate, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond HENYA’s reasonable control.

يتم توصيل الطلبات عادةً خلال ٣ إلى ٦ أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب. وتُعد هذه المدة تقديرية وغير مضمونة، وقد تختلف حسب المحافظة والظروف التشغيلية لشركة الشحن والعطلات الرسمية والظروف الجوية أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة لهينيا.

Customers may open the package in the courier’s presence for visual inspection of the product, colour, quantity and visible condition.

Try-on, wearing, washing, use, or removal of tags and protective seals is not permitted at the doorstep.

If an order is incorrect, incomplete or visibly damaged, the customer may refuse it immediately and contact HENYA Care at wecare@shophenya.com.

Accepting a shipment does not remove the customer’s right to request an eligible return or exchange later.

HENYA may update its complimentary launch-delivery terms after the launch period. Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed clearly before checkout.
